Andy Burnham has been branded ‘continuity Starmer’ after a leaked dossier revealed he was using the former prime minister’s policies.
The Prime Minister has utilised many of the ideas drawn up in a 50-page bundle of presentations, strategy ideas and policy submissions designed to keep Sir Keir in power.
The revelation, by Sky News, raises questions on whether the new PM’s regime really is a break with the past.
