Do Americans even Own their Homes anymore?

You never truly own your home in the United States. From property taxes to outrageous squatters’ rights, your home in the so-called land of the free and home of the brave, is pretty much owned by government. The latest reporting in NYC where a home owner was arrested and removed out of her house while the squatter remained, is a continuation of a what’s been going on for a very long time not just in New York City, but all throughout the country. Even in red states like Texas, squatters have more rights than they should and citizens have to just put up with it. There’s nothing they can really do other than go to court, and while they may eventually get the squatters out, in the end they still lose because they’re the ones who have to file the paperwork, pay all associated fees, and wait for the court to process which equates to money loss, because they could have better used that time in making money renting their property or selling.

Homeowners suffer, because they are the ones who have to spend all the time and money to correct the problem, and to deal with whatever damage that was left by the squatters. It’s a lose-lose situation, and the laws are so ridiculous that it doesn’t make any sense to own real estate for most people when you factor in property taxes and other limitations on what you cannot do in your own home.

The super wealthy live in gated communities with private security, so don’t have this problem (they’re also buying property offshore), but everyone else is pretty much screwed.

Florida recently passed a bill that may help homeowners in the state, but it’s still not enough as the issue has been getting worse not just for homeowners, but for small business owners as well. It seems robbers have more rights than them as they are allowed to repeatedly loot and get away with it while shop keepers must stand by with little help from police. If they intervene, they risk being sued by the perpetrator thanks to the help of rotten stinking lawyers.

However, there’s a threshold that people can tolerate, so as homelessness continues to grow with more Americans owning less, expect show owners to retaliate since they’re on their guard knowing that such incidences are increasing.

An example is what happened at a 7-Eleven in Stockton, California, where the store owners unleashed a beat down on a thief who’s been stealing from them for a long time finally on multiple occasions, and police were called on him several times yet he roamed free. So the workers finally had enough and decided to take matters into their own hands, beating the robber who was trying to steal again. Fortunately, the police didn’t press charges on them, but this is what’s going to increase in the US, and the government is likely waiting to step in  under the guise of trying to reduce violence and promote peace.

The reality is, they are the ones responsible, along with law enforcement, for letting people like this run wild on the streets.

Cambridge Academic Content Dictionary, defines a squatter as, “a person who lives in an empty building or area of land without the permission of the owner.”

Oxford dictionary defines burglary as, “entry into a building illegally with intent to commit a crime, especially theft.”, and thief as, “a person who steals another person’s property, especially by stealth and without using force or violence.”, and an intruder as “a person who intrudes, especially into a building with criminal intent.”

Either English is the language of deceit, or the laws are purposely rigged to screw over Americans.

Squatter is a nice way of saying burglar.

You’ll notice on some mainstream media reports, these dangerous burglars are called squatters as it’s a soft term for what they really are, and in certain cases, media will use language to make the criminal look innocent. As in the case below, the reporters phrase it as a teen boy who was shot. Well, the teen was a 17-year old young man, but the report gave preference and even stressed how helpless boy was in critical condition, fighting for his life.

But remember, this was and is being done to purposely destroy the United States. Expect more of this to happen, and expect some homeowners to take matters into their own hands, and then expect the government to come along pretending to be hero and pass more controlling regulations while snatching people from their own homes. That’s the true goal, to remove people out of their own homes and put them in assigned college-dorm style housing. They want to take away homeownership and make people needy.

Lockdown was to destroy all competition from small business leading to the death of brick and mortar retail, so now the next step is to let this squatting nonsense continue to finish off any survivors along with eliminating home ownership in the United States.

The fact of the matter is, squatters should have been locked up a long time ago, and put in a mental asylum where they belong to receive the help they need. They never should have been let out on the streets. We’re not living in the wild, wild west anymore. Squatters are criminals, and so are the judges, lawmakers, and enforcers who permit them to steal American homes.
