This is the shocking moment a 14-year-old boy was Tasered to the ground by police.
Officers were called to an incident at a house in Bromford, Birmingham, at about 5:20pm yesterday, and one was filmed holding the child in a headlock as onlookers repeatedly shouted ‘get off him!’
The video then shows one of the two officers at the scene drawing his stun gun and firing it at the child, hitting him with around 50,000 volts of electricity.
