Since, dozens of cameras have been stolen by vigilantes and vandalised by ‘blade runners’ protesting the charges.
On Sunday the vigilantes targeted cameras by traffic lights in Eastcote, in Hillingdon in West London – one of the new areas covered by the expanded zone.
Pictures showed the empty remaining brackets that once held them in place and the remainder of wires that had been cut.
