A Syrian migrant who tested positive for various drugs was arrested after beating up a young woman and also responding rescue workers in Germany over the weekend, authorities say.
The disturbing incident unfolded at around 4 a.m. on Sunday in Dresden.
A 19-year-old woman was attacked by a male suspect in the Dresden Heath, a nature preserve in the city.
Emergency responders who were called to help the woman were also assaulted by the same man.
The suspect was finally located by responding officers and taken into custody.
“A drug test on the 27-year-old Syrian returned positive for cannabis and amphetamines,” Saxony Police explained in a statement.
“The man is being investigated for assault.”
Syrian migrants continue to terrorize Europeans, as Infowars frequently reports.
