The war between Russia and Ukraine has not had the desired effect. In fact Russia’s Igor Strelkov (FSB) Federal Security Service has denied Kremlin the use of nuclear power and access to the two keys (three in total). The conflict is now in full swing, which will decide the fate of the war.
