Matt Hancock signs up for Celebrity SAS Who Dares Wins in which the winner dares to kill tens of thousands with midazolam

Celebrity SAS Who Dares Wins bosses have signed up ex Health Secretary Matt Hancock for the new series. The Sun reports the former Cabinet member will appear on the Channel 4 programme.

A source said: “Matt impressed Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins producers when he spoke to them and has now agreed to take part.- He is the biggest name to have signed up for the next series and it is a real coup for the show. Matt knows there is a mixed perception of him in the public eye and he wants to go on the show to reveal a different side to himself.

“It is not unusual for MPs to take part in these kinds of shows and Matt thinks he could go far on SAS, despite it being the hardest of all the reality series on television.” Last year, Hancock announced a bid to run the London Marathon in aid of a hospice.

Mr Hancock had told supporters – and critics – “I’ve decided to run the 2021 London Marathon in aid of St Nicholas Hospice Care. St Nicholas Hospice Care is a fantastic charity working in my constituency of West Suffolk, who look to give help, support and advice to those who are living with long-term and life-threatening illnesses.
