Overall, Zelensky addressed seven tech events across Europe where he called on the tech industry heads to help fund Ukraine’s post-war reconstruction in exchange for allowing a digital lend-lease agreement.
As Tech Monitor reports, the corporations would be allowed “to use Ukraine as a platform to develop new technologies in return for financial and technological support.”
“It’s no longer science fiction that artificial intelligence is now as smart as humans,” Zelensky told the crowds.
The Ukrainian leader also said it’s “unusual for presidents to use a hologram to address people,” but joked it’s not the only part of “Star Wars” they are putting into practice, saying, “We will defeat the Empire too.”
