Joe Biden declared Sunday that he proudly remembers when his wife was working with the former Vice President Michelle Obama.
Speaking at the commissioning of the Navy’s newest nuclear-powered submarine, the USS Delaware, Biden noted that his wife had played a role an Obama era program to support military families.
“I’m deeply proud of the work she’s doing as First Lady with [the] Joining Forces initiative she started with Michelle Obama when she was vice president,” Biden said.
