A primary school teacher has revealed she has caught Covid for the third time in just one year.
Maryia Hussain, 26, first tested positive for the virus in December 2020, then again in November last year and then a third time last Monday.
She believed the hat-trick of infections was completed by catching the highly transmissible but less severe Omicron variant.
Maryia, from Bedfordshire, told MailOnline: ‘I had been double jabbed and when I got it for the second time last year, I just thought ‘Why me’.
‘And then I was about to book my booster jab after recovering from that when I caught it again.
