Kindergarten students in Portland, Oregon were forced to sit outside eating lunch on buckets in the near-freezing cold while socially distanced from their classmates.
A video posted to Twitter shows the miserable scene, which was spotted by someone passing by Capitol Hill Elementary School.
The kids are forced to sit outside in 40 degree weather while separated from their friends, presumably as part of the school’s COVID-19 mitigation policy.
