After the success of the first series of The Walk, we are planning a second series, to be filmed in the spring/early summer.
This time, we’ll be focusing on Wales.
Six episodes where I’ll be walking from the coalfields and valleys of the south, around the Pembrookshire coast, up through the Brecon Beacons, and into the Snowdonia National Park, culminating with a final episode climb of Mount Snowdon, the UK’s second largest mountain at 1085 metres.
We’re looking for historians, researchers, authors, or even simply locals, to talk to us along our journey, and share their knowledge of the history that shaped the dramatic landscape of Wales.
