The US under both right wings of its war party is a machine for the manufacture of endless aggression on humanity.
Ongoing at home and abroad globally with no prospect for cessation, the US poses a greater threat to humanity’s survival than any other nation in world history — its super-weapons able to kill us all if unleashed.
The possibility should terrify everyone, given Washington’s rage to dominate other countries by whatever it takes to achieve its imperial aims — the rule of law and human toll never a consideration.
Syria is in the eye of the storm, a battleground involving its military defending the country, greatly aided by Russian airpower, against US, NATO, Turkish, Israeli aggression.
On Friday, an unnamed State Department official (SDO below) discussed the situation in the country, omitting what’s most important.
Syria is Obama’s war escalated by Trump — US aggression against a sovereign state threatening no one, using ISIS, al-Nusra, and likeminded jihadists as imperial foot soldiers, falsely called “opposition forces.”
The SDO falsely blamed Syrian and Russian forces for US, NATO, Turkish, Israeli aggression.
Commenting on clashes between Syrian and Turkish forces, the former in self-defense, the latter constituting aggression against a neighboring state, the SDO defied reality on the ground saying:
“(T)he Turks for good reason (sic) and with the support of the international community (sic), have turned to the UN” and NATO, adding:
“The general thrust is strong solidarity for Turkey (sic),” ignoring its aggression.
The US and its imperial partners want pro-Western puppet rule replacing Syrian sovereign independence — what years of US-led aggression is all about.
EU countries support its aim, allied with virtually all US wars of aggression against nonbelligerent states.
On February 26, an anti-Syria/anti-Russia joint propaganda article by 14 EU foreign ministers was published by France’s Le Monde — filled with a litany of bald-faced Big Lies.
Syria’s liberating struggle demanding support and high praise was condemned.
Freeing tens of thousands of civilians held captive for years by Western/Turkish backed jihadists was falsely called harming them.
The Big Lie put out by the pro-Western UN about “nearly one million Syrians” fleeing areas of Idlib was repeated by the foreign ministers.
Russian satellite imagery showed no mass exodus toward Turkey’s border, exposing the anti-Syria hoax.
Syrians freed by government forces headed home to liberated areas — what the UN, Western sources, and establishment media suppress.
The EU ministers in cahoots with US imperial aims falsely claimed “(i)n defiance of international humanitarian law (sic)…strikes (by Syrian and Russian warplanes) deliberately targeted hospitals and health centers, schools and shelter, 79 forced to shut down (sic)” — a bald-faced Big Lie.
The ministers and UN in cahoots with US and Turkish aggression called for Syria’s liberating struggle to be halted.
They want its sovereignty eliminated, its territory partitioned for easier control — supporting aggression instead of denouncing it, flouting international law instead observing it.
Separately, a Trump regime State Department statement falsely claimed Syria, Russia, Iran, and Hezbollah are “preventing the establishment of a ceasefire in northern Syria (sic).”
The statement ignored US, NATO, Turkish, Israeli aggression against the Syrian Arab Republic for the past nine years.
The same goes for establishment media, supporting US-led aggression instead of denouncing it.
