Mayor Pete Buttigieg, Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass. and Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn. — put an optimistic gloss on their performances and looked ahead to the Feb. 11 New Hampshire primary. The candidates had plans to head to the Granite State on Tuesday — with the Iowa caucuses behind them.’
