3 Ways to Stay Healthy in a Chemical Infested World

It’s no secret that chemicals are everywhere. There’s toxins in the air we breathe, pesticides in the GMO crops that we eat, and most infamously, fluoride in the water supply. How does one live a healthy lifestyle when everywhere you look, our life sources are tainted?

Despite the doom and gloom we see in the media, there are many things we can do to drastically improve our health, and reduce the chemicals we intake.

With that in mind, in this article, we would like to propose some simple solutions that everyone can start using, which will lead to a healthier, and more chemical-free lifestyle.

  1. Reverse Osmosis Filter

As Alex Jones once famously said: “I don’t like them putting chemicals in the water, that turn the frigging frogs gay!” Despite the media outrage he’s gotten recently, he is 100% correct.

According to one study, conducted by the Laboratory for Integrative Studies in Amphibian Biology, a common herbicide known as atrazine, is actually having this effect on many of our river-dwelling friends. Here’s what the study said:

“Males and females were sexually differentiated at metamorphosis based on gonadal morphology and histology (Fig. (Fig.1).1). At all doses tested (except 0.01 ppb), atrazine produced gonadal abnormalities. Up to 20% of the animals (16–20%) had multiple gonads (up to 6 in a single animal) or were hermaphrodites (with multiple testes and ovaries; Fig. Fig.2).2). These abnormalities were never observed in control animals in the current experiments or in over 10,000 observations of control animals in our laboratory over the last 6 years.”

In other words, if you want to be healthy, masculine, and strong, you need to avoid drinking tap water without at least filtering it first. As we’ve said before here, we recommend a reverse osmosis filter. It’s a little bit expensive, but it filters out all of the nasty chemicals found in our tainted water supply.

Here are some chemicals that a reverse osmosis filter will get rid of:

  • Fluoride
  • Phyto-Estrogens (like Birth Control)
  • Herbicides (like Atrazine)

So, the bottom line is that if you want to decalcify your pineal gland, live a healthy lifestyle, and avoid ingesting chemicals every day, you should invest in a filter.

  1. Eat Locally Grown Food

We all know that most of our food nowadays has been genetically modified, and while scientists claim that this is safe, many people disagree.

Jon Anthony, a blogger at Masculine Development who has written for Info Wars in the past, had the following to say about eating locally.

“Eating locally is one of the best things you can do for your health,” he told us. “Not only will you be supporting a local economy, rather than gigantic agricultural complexes, but you’ll also be getting a far superior product,” he says.

“When food is grown locally, we know that it provides more nutrients, and even resistances to diseases, thanks to microbes in local soil,” he says.

One way you can do this is by purchasing organic food at your local farmer’s market. Be sure to ask them if they use pesticides, though – and how they grow their crops.

All in all, eating food from the farmer’s market is certainly more expensive than just buying it from Walmart, but if you want to have a positive impact on not only your own health, but the entire world, supporting local farmers is no doubt the way to go.

  1. Get an Air Filter

As we’ve said before, there’s a ton of toxins such as aluminum in our air supply. Many have different theories for this, but one popular theory, is that of the “chem trail.”

Of course, the government has fully denied any sort of engagement with this type of activity, but many have still grown suspicious over why our atmosphere is so destroyed.

Regardless, investing in a high quality air filter is a must for anyone concerned about their own health, and their family’s health. We recommend a HEPA filter, because they’ve been shown to drastically reduce the amount of toxic chemicals in your air supply.

If you live in California, you want to be especially careful. As we reported previously, California air has abnormally high radiation levels. Could this be due to nuclear experiments going on a state over in Nevada, or perhaps something more sinister?

We’ll leave that question for the reader to answer, but the bottom line is this: if you want to protect your health from toxic chemicals, getting an air filter is a necessity.

The Bottom Line

As we all know, the world we live in is growing increasingly toxic. With the new rolling out of 5G technologies, the threat of a toxic world is even bigger now than ever.

In fact, 5G is such a threat, that Mr. Icke spent quite some time talking about it on one of his more recent London Real interviews. You can watch the video here for more information.

The bottom line is that it’s on us, as informed citizens, to take our health into our own hands… because if history has taught us one thing, it’s that the government will not do it for us.
